Nirvata Spinal ChiGong 1 - 8
These are eight weekends to discover just how easy it is to feel great within your back, simply at ease. Over six sessions per weekend we will be working with three vertebras and their connecting organs. We will focus on the middle, lower and upper spine building posture, and then we will learn how to maintain it once it is established.
Working to free up and release the spine is essential so one can feel strength throughout the entire back bone. Replacing tensions with release we arise with a new understanding feeling vitally alive. Our effort is to discover the spine's language of opening, so it can uncoil, lengthening and gently becoming truly grounded and aligned.
